Since we had to go to Pfaffenhofen today and needed new leashes for the dogs, we decided to visit Fressnapf. After reading the reviews yesterday, I was a little uneasy, which was completely unfounded. In my opinion, the Fressnapf stores in Ingolstadt can't compete in terms of cleanliness, organization, and selection! Both employees we encountered were friendly, especially "our" saleswoman, who was very patient with me and the app 😉 I've never experienced such friendly staff in Ingolstadt. It's a shame we're not in Pfaffenhofen more often, otherwise we would definitely be regular customers!

I really enjoy shopping here; the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. When I bought two cat litter boxes, I even got an extra 10% discount because one color was out of stock. You can always buy replacement parts for cat trees and other items, and the selection is huge. I can wholeheartedly recommend this store!

In a good store you'll find basically everything you need, and the prices are reasonable.

I can't understand all the bad comments. We really enjoy taking our dog to Fressnapf. I can't confirm that the floor is so dirty! And the same goes for the unfriendly staff - The staff are always VERY friendly and love dogs. Most of the time, our four-legged friend even gets a little something :) We usually don't need any advice, so I can't say whether the staff are familiar with the product range, but they are definitely very friendly! Maybe consider this: what goes around comes around...? Our dog is always happy when we go to Fressnapf :)

We recently got cats and, as inexperienced cat owners, found it difficult to find the right food for them. Since our first visit to Fressnapf, we know where we'll be buying their food in the future. Every customer receives personalized advice, and you feel very well taken care of. Everything is neat and organized, so you can find everything right away. Highly recommended for all pet owners!

Very friendly staff and a good selection! Pepper was allowed to make her one and only shopping trip there (she has aggressive cancer); the staff were very understanding!
